25 Mile Ride
Our 25+ mile ride option begins by following the 6-mile paved, off-road South Portland Greenbelt from the ride start and Bug Light Lighthouse, then on to Wainwright Farms Recreational Fields. It then goes a small way on Highland Avenue, turns left on Pleasant Hill Road and proceeds to Higgins Beach. It then follows Maine’s beautiful shoreline back through Cape Elizabeth and South Portland, and finally ends back at SMCC. (Seven lighthouses are visible on this trip).
